Lazidaze Dressing

The 'star' of the show. We had no idea this dressing would be so popular. Once tasted, never forgotten. Seriously it's like a tap dance on your tongue. This vegan, gluten-free delight, is 'not just a salad dressing, but is good on everything'. It's the best salad dressing in Australia! (so I'm told). Splash it all over your salads, potatoes, salmon, prawns, battered fish and chips, rice salads, pasta salads, quinoa, potato salad, asparagus and vegetables, just to name a few. Flavoured with turmeric, seeded mustard, and poppy seeds, I just can't tell you how delicious it is! Makes a perfect gift too. Who wouldn't love a bottle of this to grace their table?

'Christmas in a Jar' Brandy Orange Ham Glaze

Look what else we do! A delicious brandy, orange ham glaze. When I cook this, the whole house has such a festive aroma. It's just beautiful! We start producing this early November, just in time for Santa🎅 A must have gourmet item for your Christmas table. This rich decadent glaze along with your Christmas ham is the perfect marriage. Your glazed ham will make a stunning centrepiece for your Christmas table. Golden, sticky and aromatic, the ham takes on a whole new depth of flavour when baked. Although a glazed ham seems quite difficult to tackle, it's surprisingly easy. But if it's all too hard and you are time poor, just slice some ham onto a plate, drizzle with the ham glaze, cover and gently heat in the oven. Just as delicious! Always save some glaze to serve on the side. (It's also good on a platter with blue cheese too!)
